When packing, please keep in mind the following guidelines.
It is advisable to check with your specific carrier for current/additional information.
Checked Baggage:
Most flights within the USA and flights to Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean are now charging for checked
baggage. For standard pricing, each piece of checked baggage must be under 50 lbs and less than 62 linear
inches*. Overweight or oversized pieces will be charged an excess baggage fee or may not be accepted.
Charges will apply for:
- 1st piece: from $15.00.
- 2nd piece: from $25.00.
- Extra Pieces: from $150.00 or not accepted.
- Oversize: Over 62 linear inches* - from $50 per piece in addition to other charges
(airlines have a maximum size of either 80 linear inches or 115 linear inches)
- Overweight: varies by airline, per piece in addition to other chargers
Pieces weighing 51 lbs-70 lbs - from $50.00 each.
Pieces weighing 71 lbs-100 lbs - from $75.00 each or not accepted.
Pieces weighing more than 100 lbs will not be accepted.
Most international flights allow two (2) pieces of checked luggage free of charge.
To qualify as a free piece, each piece of checked baggage must not weigh more than 50 lbs and be 62 linear
inches per piece with the total linear inches* of both pieces less than the maximum the airline allows.
Overweight or oversized items will be charged an excess baggage fee or may not be accepted.
Charges will apply for:
- Extra Pieces: Over two checked pieces - from $125 per piece.
- Oversize: Over 62 linear inches per piece - from $80 per piece.
- Total Oversize: Varies by airline.
Over 124 linear inches* total. (neither bag can exceed 62 linear inches individually)
Over 107 linear inches* total. (Bag #1 not to exceed 62 linear inches, Bag #2 not to
exceed 45 linear inches).
- Overweight: varies by airline, per piece in addition to other chargers
Pieces weighing 51 lbs-70 lbs - from $50.00 each.
Pieces weighing 71 lbs-100 lbs - from $75.00 each or not accepted.
Pieces weighing more than 100 lbs will not be accepted.

Carry-on Baggage:
This baggage must not exceed 45 linear inches* and must be able to fit under the seat or in the overhead
compartment. These dimensions include wheels, handles, side pockets, etc. Some carriers have
a 15 lb. maximum weight restriction for carry-on items.
In addition to one Carry-On Piece, you may also bring the following personal items:
- One small personal article such as a purse, briefcase, camera case, personal CD/DVD or similar sized
personal entertainment item
- Personal aid devices such as wheelchairs, canes
- One infant article such as a collapsible stroller, diaper bag.
Reminder: Put your name and address on the inside as well as the outside of your luggage.
Due to Baggage Security do not lock your luggage.
